The tours and activities on this website are packaged by Wisdom Yatra Tour & Travel, hereafter referred to as Wisdom Yatra. Component services such as meals, transport, and Vedic astrology readings are supplied by subcontractors to Wisdom Yatra. Wisdom Yatra does not accept liability for the actions or service standards of these subcontractors.
Inclusions are listed in each of the tour and activity service offerings on our website.
Your booking becomes valid after Wisdom Yatra has received both your payment as specified and your completed booking form, and when you have received a confirmation email from us. A person making a group booking is presumed to have authority from other group members to act on their behalf. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a booking based on the information revealed to us. If you are unsure about your suitability for your preferred service, please ask.
Our tours require minimum numbers to operate. We may elect, at our discretion, to operate tours with small numbers. If numbers are particularly low, we may also elect to operate the tour with a reduced number of staff.
Wisdom Yatra reserves the right to alter tour and activity itineraries at any time to ensure the satisfactory operation of our services. Reasons could include but are not limited to weather, road conditions, change of suppliers, availability of meals, fuel, or other transport necessary for the service to operate.
a) If we have to cancel your tour or activity before it has commenced, for any reason whatsoever, we will offer you the choice of either:
a) You may change your tour or activity date or transfer to another service, provided that you advise us in writing more than 24 hours prior to the tour or activity commencing.
b) Cancellations outside 24 hours will incur 50% loss of the tour/activity price.
c) No penalties will be incurred for changing the date of a tour or activity.
We reserve the right to change any of our published prices. If there is a significant change to our pricing, we will notify you more than 30 days in advance of your tour or activity and give you the option of accepting the change or obtaining a refund.
Wisdom Yatra tour guides and activity facilitators take their responsibilities seriously. We are responsible for all aspects of the services we provide, including safety, enjoyment, and satisfactory operations. We have the authority to do whatever is necessary to achieve these objectives, including changing itineraries and not allowing you to participate in specific services for your overall safety. You agree to abide by these decisions.
It is your responsibility to read the Wisdom Yatra website thoroughly and choose our services within your ability. You must be fit enough to walk for up to 5 hours on our walking tours. The walking route could include rough tracks, slippery surfaces, steep ups and downs, heavy rain, strong winds, and high or low temperatures.
You are responsible for:
You acknowledge that you have the appropriate skills necessary to follow directions. You agree to indemnify Wisdom Yatra against any consequent liabilities you may incur due to your own conduct.
I understand and confirm that my participation in a Wisdom Yatra walking tour or activity is voluntary. I am in good health and suffer from no physical or mental condition that would make me susceptible to injury or disability while participating in the tour.
I am aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards involved in my participation in a Wisdom Yatra tour or activity. I understand that the tours take place in public venues under conditions largely beyond the control of Wisdom Yatra tour leaders and the Company.
Potential risks may include, but are not limited to:
I assume all risks involved in participation in a tour or activity provided by Wisdom Yatra. I accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my participation.
You agree to release Wisdom Yatra, its employees, and representatives from all cost, liability, loss, or damage incurred or suffered by you directly or indirectly during the tour or activity, unless caused by our willful negligence or wrongful act.
You agree not to make any claim or seek compensation from Wisdom Yatra for any cost, liability, loss, injury, or damage incurred due to your participation. Weather or other acts of God are not our responsibility, and you acknowledge that these may affect the delivery of a tour or activity. Regardless of the outcome, Wisdom Yatra will not be liable for any related costs. However, we will always strive to accommodate and ensure you still get to participate in the service, if possible.
All tour and activity prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
After booking/payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with any essential information related to that service.
We are committed to providing you with an enjoyable experience, but if something goes wrong, we encourage you to bring it to the attention of your walking guide or activity facilitator as soon as possible. They will do their best to resolve the issue promptly.
If the problem cannot be resolved, please contact Wisdom Yatra Management by phone.
This agreement and the rights and responsibilities of the parties will be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.
We require that you have adequate insurance against potential losses, damage, or injury, including cancellation costs, loss of luggage, and extraordinary weather events or other force majeure events.
I authorize Wisdom Yatra to provide me with customary medical assistance, transportation, and emergency medical services in case of injury or health condition. This consent does not impose a duty upon Wisdom Yatra to provide such services.

I agree to grant Wisdom Yatra a royalty-free license to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness taken during a tour, solely for promotional, educational, and/or Wisdom Yatra purposes.
